What Is the Promotion about?

Any customer that buys K20 Mobile Top Up or more is automatically entered into the draw where they can win various prizes. (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)

Note: Only Airtime bought via Mobile Top Up qualifies

Where do customers purchase Mobile Top Up to qualify for this promo?

This promo is only running in our Service centres i.e. All the 17 Airtel service centres, therefore only Mobile Top Up bought from the service centres qualifies.

How does it work?

When a customer buys airtime for K20 or more using Mobile Top Up they will be entered into a draw where they stand a chance to win various prizes;

  • One daily winner of talk time worth K50
  • One weekly winner of talk time worth K500
  • One weekly winner of Panasonic handset worth K400
  • One monthly winner of talk time worth K1,000
  • One monthly winner of Samsung S7 edge

The draw will be done daily, weekly and there will be one monthly Grand Draw done each month for the final Prize.

Who qualifies for this Promo?

The promotion is open to all new and existing Airtel Prepaid customers except for post-paid customers, payphones, hybrid customers (Corporate Accounts Top Up), Airtel employees and their immediate family members, partner employees and agents.

Do I have a limit on the number of entries for the Draw?

There is no limit, the more top-ups you make the greater your chances of winning.

Remember only Mobile Top Ups qualify.

How will I be notified when I win?

Airtel will communicate with all winners via telephone and sms.

What happens if I don’t have an Airtel money account?

Upon activating your Airtel money with a deposit of K5, Customers are eligible to participate in the promotion. Our customer service representative will assist with Opening and activating your account.

What is the duration of the promotion?

The promotion is valid for 3 months from the 23rd of October 2017 till 23rd January 2018
